A: Yes, you will own the copyrights to your logo. Unique Marketing Systems, 
will provide you with a unique, custom designed logo tailored specifically to your company.
Q: What is the logo design turnaround time?
A: Turnaround time is 3 - 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your logo.
We offer a RUSH service for an additional 30% fee.
Q: How much does it cost for a logo?
A: This depends on the complexity of the logo and time that goes into it, our average
 logo is approximately $ 299 -$ 450.

Vehicle Graphics

Q: What are vehicle wraps? Is it paint?
A: Vehicle graphics are a hi-performance vinyl (3M) covering that is applied directly to
 your vehicle. It can often be mistaken for a custom paint job.
Q: How effective is a vehicle wrap?
A: Surveys conducted have proven that in a large metropolitan area like Grand Rapids,
a wrapped vehicle can be seen by as many as 4,500 people per hour. That is 36,000
potential customers that your vehicle wrap can reach on an average day. Drive it to and
from work and park it in high visibility areas to maximize your advertising dollars.
Q: Does it matter what color my vehicle is?
A: No, vehicle wraps are not translucent; you will not be able to see through them.
Q: It looks like there are graphics on the windows, will I still be able to see through
the windows?
A: Yes the window graphics are printed on a perforated vinyl that allows you to see
 through the rear and side rear windows.
Q: Does Unique Marketing Systems, Inc have a monthly payment plan?
A: Yes, but we do accept major credit cards and checks.
Q: I want a vehicle wrap on my car, how do I get started?
A: Call our office to schedule your vehicle. We require a 50% deposit prior to
production.
Q: Will the wrap damage my paint?
A: No. A vehicle wrap, when applied and removed correctly by a professional installer,
 does not damage your car's paint, unless the paint is already damaged or the car has
been repainted.
Q: Can I take it through the carwash?
A: Certainly. You can wash it just like you did before it was wrapped, but it is not
recommended that you use wax. We recommend brushless car washes.
Q: What if I dent a side of my car, can my vehicle wrap be fixed?
A: Yes, we can easily replace the damaged pieces or panels of your wrap.
Q: Will my vehicle wrap peel or fade?
A: A permanent vehicle wrap is guaranteed not to fade, crack or peel for 24 months
or longer depending where you are located.
Q: Why a vehicle wrap? Why not just advertise in newspapers or magazines?
A: Combine the total that you or your company spends on advertising each year,
compare those costs to the cost of a vehicle wrap. Factor in that a wrap lasts between
 2-5 years and will be seen by millions over that period of time. In addition, there are
no monthly fees, maintenance or renewal charges. You buy it, you own it!

Wall Murals/Graphics

Q: What is a Wall Mural or Wall Graphic?
A: Wall Murals and Wall Graphics are personal photos, illustrations, personalized names,
 etc. that are digitally printed onto a blank canvas in just about any shape and size. Once
they are printed and laminated they are then professionally installed to add a personal
touch to any one of your walls.
Q: How is it applied?
A: Wall Graphics are applied by a professional installer with a traditional paste, used
 for wallpaper.
Q: Can I use a picture of my children or any photo for my Wall Graphic?
A: Yes, we can provide images for you or you can supply your own so long as the
 picture is in decent condition. We can scan it at a high resolution, and then enlarge
 it to fit your wall.
Q: What if its marked on by a marker, crayon, etc.?
A: We laminate all of our Wall Graphics to protect them from things of this nature.
 If someone is to mark on it with a crayon, pen or marker (except for permanent),
it will wipe off with a little bit of water and soap.
Q: Can you install Wall Graphics on any type of wall?
A: This depends on how rough the texture of the wall is. Wall Graphics can be applied
 to your average residential wall. The rougher the texture the less likely it will stick.

Warranty

Q: Will my vehicle wrap peel or fade?
A: Vehicle wraps are guaranteed not to fade, crack, or peel for 2 years in the southwest
 states. Window material is guaranteed for one year.
Q: How can I be sure that I'll be satisfied, do you have references I can speak with?
A: Yes. We'd be happy to provide you the names of satisfied customers!
Q: Will you provide color and art proofs prior to printing?
A: Yes. We will not print anything until you are completely satisfied with your design and
 have physically approved the design and color proof.
